Management Team
Selma Aurelien
Founder / CEO
Selma attended NYC Technical College and explored various fields before discovering her passion for the construction industry—specifically the Sheet Metal Trade. She began her career as an apprentice and member of Local Union 28, later becoming a Sheet Metal Technician (Journeyperson).
After relocating to the Philadelphia area, Selma joined Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 19. Her skills and experience include blueprint and schematic consulting, metal fabrication and installation, system testing and balancing, AutoCAD, refrigeration and recovery, and fire and smoke damper supervision.
Throughout her career, Selma has worked hands-on with local trades across residential, commercial, and nuclear industries, bringing expertise, precision, and dedication to every project she undertakes.
